Vacancies

You'll have a great time with us - it's lots of fun. You can share your hobbies, use the expertise you have gained from work and even help to teach the children the everyday things like learning to cook, house and car maintenance, or - we all have a vast array of skills that will be of interest to young people.

Assistant Beaver Leaders

With Beavers being the youngest age group, a lot of supervision and help is needed. We have a long waiting list for Beavers, so if we can get more volunteers to come forward and help it mean more young people will be able to enjoy the benefits that Scouting provided. If you want to be involved but not have too much responsibility, this could be the role for you. Take a look at the role description page for what it involves. Use our enquiry form if this interest you (you are under no obligation by making this enquiry).

Assistant Cub Leaders

We have a Cub Pack run by great volunteers. They need help though.  If we had more assistant leaders it would mean that they could stay open when the leaders take holiday with their family or if work commitments mean they cannot make it. We would also be able to increase the numbers in the section too, meaning more young people can get involved in Scouting. Take a look at the role description page for what it involves. Use our enquiry form if this interest you (you are under no obligation by making this enquiry).

Beaver and Cub Section Assistants or Occasional Helper/Parent

If you want to be involved in the Beaver or Cub Section, but don't want too much responsibility or to wear uniform , then these are the roles for you. Ideally we would like two  assistants/helpers for each section. Take a look at the role description page for what it involves. Use our enquiry form if this interest you (you are under no obligation by making this enquiry).
